Supermarine Spitfire FR Mk. XVIIIe (Serial No. SM845), coded EZ-J, built in 1945, repainted as R, 28 Squadron, Reg. No. G-BUOS, Historic Flying Ltd, Duxford, Cambridgeshire.  Airworthy.  Sold to Fliegerhorst, Bremgarten, Germany.  This fighter flew with the Indian Air Force, and was restored in the US and UK.

Supermarine Spitfire PR Mk. XIX (Serial No. PM631), No. 541 Squadron, Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, RAF Coningsby, Lincolnshire. Airworthy. Operated by the RAF Battle of Britain Memorial Flight at RAF Coningsby in Lincolnshire. Built as a high-altitude reconnaissance aircraft in November 1945. It currently wears the colours of a PR XIX from No 541 Squadron which performed photographic reconnaissance missions over Europe from early 1944 to the end of the war. (Wikipedia)

Assigned to No. 1 Sqn (RAF Manston). On 12 May 1947, allocated to 602 Sqn (City of Glasgow) Royal Auxiliary Air Force. Used in the Battle of Britain film.
